The draw for the prize winners took place in the school on Thursday and the winners are.....
1st Prize of the barbeque went to Alison Dunford. 2nd Prize of the voucher for Trihy's Sawmills went to Michael McCarey. 3rd Prize of the Gym Membership in Kilgobinet GAA Centre went to Niall Hogan. 4th Prize of the voucher for Activate Waterford went to Tom Cullinan. Please note that the School Closings for 2019/2020 are on the drop down menu under the Home Page During the month of June the children go on either a trip or a tour. The trips are usually to somewhere local and the following year the children are brought on longer tours which are day long outings. This year it was trips! The junior classes went to Colligan Wood, the middle classes went to Mount Odell and the senior classes went for a cycle on the Greenway. Amazingly, considering the weather has been dismal, the sun shone for all the trips and a great time was had by all. It's full steam ahead for all of our runners in Rás na Rinne which takes place on the 28th of June.
All of the children in the school have been given a sponsorship card and there are some fantastic prizes to be won. There's still time to send in the sponsorship cards! BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYONE The excitement is palpable around the school as the final preparations are made for our production of Jungle Book in the Town Hall Theatre on Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th of June.
