Dear Parents,
Please find below school email address for each class teacher. Once you email the relevant class teacher they will get back to you with further instruction. Regards, Mr. Ó hArtaigh [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] Dear parents,
We sincerely hope that you and your family are coping as best as possible during these very difficult times. We all miss school very much. We all miss school even more now coming into this final term of the school year. Communion & Confirmation, school tours & trips, hurling & football matches, athletics in the Friary, Sports Days in Bohadoon, saying hello to our new infants, saying goodbye to our 6th class at graduation are days cherished by all. We miss the day to day buzz of learning, chatting, laughter and play. We are in unprecedented times and adhering to restrictions we never could have imagined. We hope that the work outlined to you from school is a help to the structure of the day. We are very aware of the overload on parents during this anxious time. Do what you can do from the work outlined. Pick & choose what suits. Other forms of ‘school work’ such as reading a book, going for a walk, watching an educational programme on TV can be just as beneficial. Each teacher will have a designated school email address to use specifically for school correspondence with any parent. The list of email addresses will be on the school website on Monday 27th of April. Each teacher will give a guide on how to use this form of correspondence during this period of closure. Once the new email address is up on the website on Monday you can send on your email address you wish to use for correspondence. The teacher will then get back to you with further instruction. We hope that this will not place any further burden or pressure on parents and the use of this correspondence is optional. I hope you, your children & families remain safe and healthy. Kind regards, Mr. Ó hArtaigh to our own Mr de Faoite who ran sixty five miles around his home yesterday to raise much needed funds for 65 Roses Day.
65 Roses Day is the fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. Well Done Mr de Faoite! Your colleagues in Scoil Naomh Gobnait are very proud of you. https://www.education.ie/en/Parents/Services/School-Transport/school-transport-services-tickets.html
