World Water Day is observed on the 22nd of March every year. It is intended to remind us of the importance of fresh water for everyone and it highlights the fact that access to clean water is a struggle for many people worldwide. As we are working towards our Water Flag it was particularly appropriate for our school to emphasise the day. All classes dressed up in blue and/or white for the day and participated in classes based on the theme of Fresh Water For All. Ms O'Brien's Class also did a really interesting experiment where they filtered some muddy water from the school garden. |
